bookings and the details
A non-refundable retainer is due on booking and signing our session agreement. The final amount of your session fee is due one week before your session.
Turn around times for galleries are 2-4 weeks depending on our workload.
With your print release, you are able to print from any lab of your choice after download. We also have an online store connected to your gallery where you to be able to make prints of any image straight from your gallery. We do suggest this as we work closely with our lab to match our color profiles and what you to have the best quality prints.
children + Babies
We think sessions should be fun and relaxed for children. Bringing some of their favorite personal items helps to highlight their personalities. Please make sure they are well-rested and eat before their sessions. It's important for us as parents to let the session unfold, and to be relaxed. We allow plenty of time for any meltdowns. If we are having fun, so will they.
Newborns :- We understand the unique nature of newborns – their adorable unpredictability and the importance of creating a comfortable environment for both parents and babies. Our newborn sessions extend the warmth of your home, allowing you to relax in familiar surroundings while we capture the precious moments. We believe in keeping the atmosphere relaxed, as it not only brings out the genuine joy in your family but also allows the session to unfold naturally. Your comfort is our priority, ensuring that every photograph reflects the authenticity of this special time
Illness + Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule if anyone scheduled for your session is ill. Please try give us as much notice as possible.
what to wear?
Layers and texture work great in images as do accessories to compliment your outfits. Don't be afraid to have some fun with it. We ask that you coordinate outfits as a family, but please try not to "match". Outfits can really make an image special and bring through your personalities. At the same time, it is important to feel like yourselves and be comfortable. Don't be upset if any hair bows are pulled out or kids get a little dirty ... it's all about them. ( Any logos on clothing are very distracting)
