A non-refundable retainer is due on booking and signing our Mini session agreement. The final amount of your session fee is due one week before your session.
Turn around times for galleries are 2 weeks depending on Photographers workload.
With your print release, you are able to print from any lab of your choice after download.
We always recommend using our lab through your galleries storefront for the best color match and quality.
Your gallery Storefront where you to be able to make prints of any image straight from your gallery to your door.
You are also able to design cards (holiday etc) right from your gallery .
Another option is my favorite Canva! Customizable templates for cards etc.
what to wear?
Layers and texture work great in images as do accessories to compliment your outfits. Don't be afraid to have some fun with it but also to feel like yourself and confident!
We ask that you coordinate outfits as a family, but please try not to "match". Outfits can really make an image special and bring through your personalities. At the same time, it is important to feel like yourselves and be comfortable. Don't be upset if any hair bows are pulled out or kids get a little dirty .
Picking a color pallet is a personal choice. I would suggest picking a color pallet of 4-5 colors and coordinate. Color does reflect on to your skin tone.
Colors that always work well at neutral / earth tones. Pinterest is a great resource!
( Any logos on clothing are very distracting)
Keep chapstick with you! chapped lips are the hardest thing to edit with still looking natural :)
children
We think sessions should be fun and relaxed for children. Bringing some of their favorite personal items helps to highlight their personalities. Please make sure they are well-rested and eat before their sessions. It's important for us as parents to let the session unfold, and to be relaxed. If we are having fun, so will they.
Illness + Rescheduling
We are happy reschedule if anyone scheduled for your session is sick. Please try give us as much notice as possible.
