Where do you photograph?
I’m based in Northern California and regularly photograph weddings throughout the Bay Area, San Francisco, Napa, Sonoma, Sacramento, Big Sur, and Lake Tahoe.
I’m also available for travel beyond Northern California for weddings and micro weddings that feel aligned. If you’re planning something elsewhere, you’re always welcome to reach out and share what you have in mind.
WILL Emma BE PHOTOGRAPHING MY WEDDING?
Yes, unlike larger studios with a team of photographers, Emma takes on every wedding herself so she only books a limited number each year.
DO YOU REQUIRE A retainer?
To reserve your date, a signed contract and a 50% retainer are required.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO receive my IMAGES?
You will receive all your wedding gallery within 8 weeks, with a few sneak peeks up to 72 hours after your wedding day.
HOW MANY HOURS DO WE NEED?
Most full wedding day coverage starts at 6 hours. To better understand what you’ll need, feel free to reach out and we can tailor the perfect package for your day.
Do you offer film?
Yes, 35mm film is available as an optional upgrade. For those drawn to the timeless look of film, Emma offers hybrid coverage that blends digital and analog artistry beautifully.
Emma has been a full-time documentary wedding photographer since 2012, photographing weddings, micro weddings, and elopements throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Valley. She works with both digital and 35mm film, capturing real moments with a calm, unobtrusive approach. Born and raised in South Africa, she has lived and traveled internationally and is always open to new places and stories.
